Buyer agrees that semen may not be used for in vitro fertilization (IVF), embryo transfer programs involving IVF-derived embryos, cloning, research, or any other reproductive technology beyond conventional artificial insemination. Buyer further agrees that the semen may not be resold, transferred, distributed, or assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of Seller.

If you’re planning IVF, please reach out directly before ordering as pricing that grants you rights to use it this way may become available on a per basis agreement.

Once your order is complete, we’ll send your release directly to Hoffman AI Collectors in Logan, UT. You’ll coordinate shipping and pay shipping costs directly through them.
