Buyers Guide

Limitations on Sales Area and Transport:

For the safety and well being of our calves, our sales area is limited to 2-day transit times.    

We are happy to help arrange transport of your new calf but we can't accept liability for incidents that may occur during transport.   

We can deliver if you're within a 200 mile radius from us.  We charge $1.50 per mile round trip.

Our Current Price Ranges:

Steer - $4,000 to $7,000 for two* 

Non-Chondro Miniature Breeding Bulls - $4,500 +

Non-Chondro & Chondor Positive Heifers - $9,500 +

Chondro Bulls - $15,000+

Bottle Babies:

We don't sell bottle babies.  In the unfortunate event that we must bottle feed a calf, the calf will still stay with us until weaning to ensure it's thriving and healthy before it goes to it's new home.  

Payment, Deposits & Guarantee's: 

We will not hold a calf without a 50% deposit.  Deposits are non-refundable.  

We can't guarantee adult heights of our calves but we encourage you to meet the calf and parents to see their sizes for yourself.  All parents are located on our farm in Darby MT.

Payment in full is due 2 weeks before pick up. Cash is the only form of in person payment at time of pick up. 

Our general health warranty expires when the calf leaves our farm.  Up to the point of travel we guarantee that your calf is healthy and will pass a health screening by our Veterinarian.  In the unfortunate event your calf is too unwell to travel, we will work with you to reschedule pick up or delivery at a later date or if the calf is not expected to recover, we will refund your deposit immediately. 

We offer a breeding soundness guarantee on all intact bulls that we sell for 10K+.  It's a big investment and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. It's pretty straight forward, if your bull is determined by your Veterinarian to be incapable of producing a calf by 3 yrs old, have him steered.  Have your Veterinarian send us the signed records of this determination, receipts, including a picture and ID verification of the bull, and we will refund you all but the agreed upon steer price for your bull. This price will be communicated at time of purchase.  Please note:  We can't accept return bulls or steer.
