Silver Shimmer

Shimmer really lives up to her name—she’s the total package: silver, sweet, fluffy, and oh-so perfect. Standing 41” at 4 years old, and non-chondro, this IMCBR-registered beauty is purebred Highland. 

Last spring, Shimmer and Gunner made magic together, they produced none other than Mr. Boombastic, our silver chondro bull calf with a forehead splash, a white-tipped tail, and a whole lot of personality. He was too good to let go, so we’ve kept him on as part of our breeding program (watch out, world—his calves are going to be something else!).

This year, the same pairing gave us the awesome Phantom.  Our incredible white chondro positive bull calf, and again, I couldn’t part with him.  

For 2026, we’re pairing Shimmer with Frozen Tundra in hopes of the tiniest, fluffiest, non-chondro heifers imaginable. If her track record is anything to go by, this match is going to be straight-up ✨legendary✨.
